FAQ Student (Course Related)

  • A class should be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. Click on the class on the calendar, select cancel class option on the popup and class will be cancelled and removed from the calendar.

  • Refund for a cancelled course is calculated on a prorated basis which means that you will be charged only for the classes attended.
  • Contactsupport@idigizen.comif you had informed the teacher 24 hours prior to the class start time.
  • A certificate will be uploaded to your Logit profile at the completion of the course.

FAQ (Teacher)

  • Use Create New Course button on Trainer Dashboard.
  • Direct deposit will be made to your bank account at the end of each month.
  • Course can be modified only before it has been published.
  • Click on the booked slot (upcoming class) on the calendar, select cancel class option on the popup. Class will be cancelled and removed from the calendar.

  • Payout is calculated on a prorated basis which means that you will be paid only for the classes attended by the student.

FAQ (Parent)

  • A parent account is created so that parents can view the child’s booked slots, available slots, course details, trainer details, child’s attendance, feedback and ratings.

  • Yes, you have access to your child’s review, reports and progress.

  • You can view your child's certificates/badges/honor (academic, non-academic, sports, co-curricular achievements) which are published by the student/child as public at the time of uploading the certificates in his logit.

  • Yes. It is absolutely safe and will not be used for any promotion/sale purpose without your prior consent.

  • Yes, you do have rights to modify your child’s Logit.
